ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kglobf0-bad-cdp], [0x062F1D278]

Hi.

Have Oracle 11.2.0.4 version on Oracle Appliance and hve got this error, followed by instance shutdown. Fortunately we are running with RACone option, så the instance startet on the other node.

Hav found on Metaling ORA-600 [kglobf0-bad-cdp] leads to Database Service Crash (Doc ID 1165603.1) but it was not helpfull. The solution proposed in the document can not be applied, we are running allready higher version, on which, according to the document, the problem has been fixed.

Has anyone any suggestions?
