Offline Mediation Controller Administration Client on a Windows System

Hi,

I Installed Offline Mediation Controller Administration Client on a Windows System and when trying to launch the gui.bat getting an error message as PATH not found.

and I have seen inside the gui.bat, a file called pathbuilder.bat is calling from the ococm\bin folder. But the same file is not existing in the path.

Is this a file part of the installation  ?  where I will get the file from
