Automatically Close Jobs based on Variance tolerance

How do I setup to close all Jobs with a concurrent request based on Variance?

I'd like to setup a concurrent request, I'm thinking a personalization, to that if the Completed Job Variance is less than $$$ it will automatically close at night.  Leaving all the Jobs with greater than $$$ for me to review and close later.
