Planning 11.1.2.3.700 issue-% in member names

I'm running into an issue with Planning 11.1.2.3.700. We have a number of members that have formulas that reference members with a % in the member name.Since we upgraded if we try to update the formula, if there were was a % in a member name, it's now showing %25.

Example

Salary * "Vacation %" now is Salary * "Vacation %25". If I clear out the 25 and save it without validating it, it's ok, but there are more complicated formulas that really require validation before saving.

Has anyone run into this? Has it been patched? I can't find any reference to a patch for this issue.
