SSHR Manager Action Workflow Notifications

Hi

There is a requirement for Manager Self Service notifications regarding SSHR transactions in manager hierarchy

  • Manager 1 has 10 subordinates.
  • Manager 1 reports to Manager 2

Requirement is that Manager 2 should be able to view all the notifications of Manager 1 and all the notifications of each of the 10 subordinates of Manager 1.

I understand that this is not a seeded behaviour of Oracle EBS SSHR but I would like to know any probable way of handling such a scenario.

Please note that vacation rules is not suitable here as here the requirement is specifically for Managers in the hierarchy and no other person like Administrators etc.
