Issue in Mfg Accounting for WO re-opened from 99 status

Hi  - We are facing an issue here in our client side as around 20+ WO are currently lying at 90 & 95 status, and are not being able to get accounted, after checking we found out that variance flag in F4801 (PPFG) is already updated to 3, which means that some point in past all these WO have already been accounted to status 99, and most likely the case is that they have been re-opened and then some additional completions and material back-flush has happened afterwards which is lying in unaccounted state.
