Hyperion Planning is creating repeated substitution variables in essbase

Hi people!

I did a migration from 11.1.2.3 to 11.1.2.4 and something very odd happened.

All the substitution variables used by the Hyperion Planning applications, which scope is to all applications and databases, started to be created repeated for each Planning application.

Have you noticed this? Is there any way to change this?

Because, between us, if there are several applications, their maintainance is terrible, because a task that I did once, now I have to repeat for each application.
