Does Advance Global Intercompany System(AGIS) require Oracle License

We are currently running Oracle GL, AP, AR, FA, PO, iExpense, iProcurement and iSupplier in release 12.1.3

We would like to implement Advance Global Intercompany Service(AGIS) in our Oracle EBS release 12.1.3

Do we need a separate Oracle License for Advance Global Intercompany System(AGIS)
