Hyperion Financial Reporting 11.1.2.3.701 - After applying patch set, cannot connect to FR using FR
Hello Experts:
We applied the .701 patch to our 11.1.2.3 HFM/FDMEE/FR environment last month.
Since then, when we try to connect using FR Studio, either from the local client installed on our PCs or by Launching FR Studio via the Tools menu in WOrkspace, we keep getting the error that user is not authorized, even though we are ADMIN users.
Also, when installing FR Studio locally, and when running the "Register Financial REportign Studio" on our PCs, we are getting the error that tools.jar file cannot be found where expected. I searched the file where FR was installed (Oracle/Middleware) but there was no tools.jar file at all.
