ASR FAIL: ASR Manager bundles state is NOT active

Hi all,

Help with ASR manager failed:

FAIL: ASR Manager bundles state is NOT active.

FAIL: ASR Manager database connectivity is not working.

FAIL: ASR Manager Oracle transport end point is incorrectly set.

I try to uninstall the existing one and re-install the new one. After it, it is still failed.

Please help with this.

Also I try to open the SR. I under software, which product I should pick up? I can not find anything like ASR or auto service request.
