Workflow - CREDLIMIT

When a credit limit at P03013 is changed, the workflow is not started, but just on web environment (JDV/JPY). Local environment (DV) the process is working normally.

The CREDLIMIT on P98800 is started, the manager is on UDC 01/CR and his address number on Description 2 and "Internal Address" flag was created to manager on Who´s Who --> Email/Internet.

Is There another adjust that is necessary to run workflow process at web environment?
