the Usable space on +FLASH Disk Group is not match with filesystem

Hi Experts,

I need help. we have a newly installed ODA X5-2 VP 12.2.1.5. Beside the ASM and APX databases created when deploying oda_base, we did not created any databases on oda_base. but now the usable size for flash disk group is 690 mb.

I want to create a new database on oda_base, use SAM to be the Database files Storage Type. but I could not do it now. I am not sure if we was missing something when configured, or there is some maintenance steps to set up?

# oakcli show fs

      Type Total Space      Free Space  Total DG Space   Free DG Space  Diskgroup Mount Point
