How to allocate warehouse rent and electricity expenses on unit cost of item in JDE E1?
Hello,
We are in JDE 9.1 we want to understand what is a standard practice in J D Edwards (JDE) in allocating overheads such as warehouse rent and electricity on inventory cost.
To add to inventory cost ,it has to be added to unit cost of the item(P4105). However,these expenses are general and not item-specific and hence we cannot add them in Landed Cost Rule (LCR).
The allocation feature in GL module does not create any impact in Item Ledger (Cardex) .
