WED Adi - Can we adjust column in excel if enter less then value length

Dear All Goros,

We are facing a issue while we enter value in our Future 11 segment, Actually this segment having 10 length size & our user enter 8 length value like 1455220000 so if we load data without validation so its going but when we checkbox With Validation so its shows error.

2nd Without validation it showed 00 before the actual value 1455220000,

Is there any functianlity in excel or Apps whatever we put data either its less then length value it will go same as value put, In our case segment length is 10 but we enter value length 8 so in excel web adi 00 before the actual value. we want to remove this 00 value on actual segment value.
