Component is working but Status is unavailable in svrmgr.

Hello,

In my new Siebel environment in srvrmgr : list comp    I can see component Call Center Object Manager ( PLK )  which have status : unavailable . But this component is working fine. I can log in to UI on Call Center PLK.

What does it mean ? How to change this status component on Running / Online ? I did restart this component but it didn't help . I still can see status : unavailable in srvrmgr but this component is working.
