Will CRM desktop 3.7 and 3.9 work inmicrosoft surface pro 3?

Some of our clients are using surface Pro3. and CRM desktop 3.7 or 3.9 are not working on this system. CRMD desktop doesn't support it?

Is there any solution available for it?
