Slow Performance on E-business Suite LOV

Hi All,

I am facing slow performance on Oracle E-Business Suite forms whenever I click on "Master item" LOV in E-Business Suite application. Navigation patch follows.

     Quality Manager > Samples > Item Samples > Item > Enter ‘%’ and press TAB.

How to diagnose and resolve this issue?
