How can we load overheads like warehouse rent and electricity on unit cost of item in JDE E1 ?

Hello,

In JDE how can we load or allocate the overheads like warehouse rent and electricity on unit cost of item ? Item specific expenses can be covered through LCR's but not the said overheads which are general and indirect.How this issue is handled by JDE users overall ?
