Need help in Remove Combinations Workflow

Hello All,

I want to delete around 100 combinations were actual are not present/null, this can also be done using custom script, can anyone let me know how can i delete this using remove combination workflow? What should i give in class name,description,name and value ? Is deleting these combinations from worksheet recommendable ?
