Issue in EBS FDMEE Mapping

We are trying to load the EBS Actual data to ESSBASE ASO cube. In EBS we have Account, Company, Function, Site, Divison, Subanalysis, Intercompany as the segment details. Whereas in ASO we have same set of dimension with additional custom dimensions. We have loaded metadata through Rule files in ASO cube using upload utility. While mapping the source dimensions such as Account, Company, Intercompany we can able to map and all L0(Leaf) members are populating in source. But while trying for remaning dimension such as Function, Site, Subanalysis, Intercompany we are unable to see the L0 (Leaf) members populating in
