Problems in ActivX interface after update to IP 15

Hi, all.

After upgrade Siebel to IP 15 I found that there is no Screen Tab Icon on home screen in ActivX interface.

I check image in folder, bitmap and Screen Bitmap Category - its all good.

This problem only with Home Screen. I watch in browser dev tools that it is no <img> tag in html. How to fix this?
