adop prepare failing for applying latest R12.AD.C.Delta.7 patch on ebs 12.1.3 , db 11.2.0.4 to ebs 1

We are on Database 11.2.0.4 (11.2.0.4.8 11.2.0.4.160119 (21948347)) Having the latest DB PSU Patches. 1 node

EBS running for it was - 12.1.3 ( 1 node).

We are in process of upgrade, and installed EBS 12.2.0 Upgrade on the Linux Server.

Used latest Rapidwiz Version - 12.2.0.51

Then Ran

sh checkDBpatch.sh

All the required one-off bugfixes are present in Database ORACLE_HOME

Ran checkMTpatch.sh

All patches done.

Weblogic upgraded to latest PSU - WLS PATCH SET UPDATE 10.3.6.0.13

As per Various MOS Notes that i followed, next step is apply latest " R12.AD.C.Delta.7 & TXK.C.Delta.7 " before applying the 12.2.5 patches.

While applying for patch :20745242 - and ran - adop phase=prepare

Install, Upgrade, Clone, Patch - EBS (MOSC)
