R30812 Not Generating Material costs when only one co-product

My cost accounting group are reporting an issue with material (A1) costs not rolling up for certain items.  We are on JDE Enterprise One 9.1 using process manufacturing.  Scenario for the item set up is:

Item 1

Single operation

Consumes single purchased material

Produces a single co-product.

The P3404 is set up to plan 100% for the process part and put cost at100% on the coproduct.

For this item, the cost roll includes the correct operations/overhead cost but no material costs

Item 2

Single operation (same as Item 1)

Consumes same single purchased material

Produces a single co-product but 2 separate lanes.

The P3404 is set up to plan 100% for the process part and put cost at100% on the coproduct.
