The following workers failed during the R12.2 upgrade driver patch installation.

ATTENTION: All workers either have failed or are waiting:

           FAILED: file adparepa.ldt on worker  1.

           FAILED: file ahlprg.ldt   on worker  2.

           FAILED: file adzdpatch.ldt on worker  3.

           FAILED: file apoie12acp.ldt on worker  4.

The workers all have similar errors:

Loading data using  FNDLOAD function.

FNDLOAD APPS/***** 0 Y UPLOAD @FND:patch/115/import/afcpprog.lct @AD:patch/115/import/US/adparepa.ldt -

Connecting to APPS......Connected successfully.

Calling FNDLOAD function.

Returned from FNDLOAD function.

Log file: /u01/ebsdeve/apps_st/fs1/EBSapps/appl/admin/ebsdeve/log/US_adparepa_ldt.log

Error calling FNDLOAD function.
