Print Pickslip

I have 2 lines in a order and got printed pickslip and pickslip number generated (ex 9104) , after that i am adding another new line in P4210(3rd line with different item) , printed the pickslip and generated another number (Ex 9105) , my question is , will the pickslip number can be captured in newly added 3rd line also instead of new pickslip number? in E1 9.2 .
