The bank file format is not BAI2

Hi,

We have tried to import the bank statements which are in BAI2 format but when we ran the Bank Statement Loader program it is rejected with reason 'The bank file format is not BAI2'.

However we can see that bank statement data is loaded into CE_STMT_INT_TMP table but not importing e_statement_headers_int_all table.

Please guide me how to solve the issue and how to know if the file is in BAI2 format or if any special character in the file as the file looks good.
