Budget Transfer - Same ledger different OU's

Can someone review below and help me resolve the issue ? Appreciate your help:

1. We have 1 Ledger with 2 OU's.  BSV for OU 1 = A; BSV for OU 2 = B

2. Each OU has a Budget Org and Budget defined. OU1 Budget status is Current and OU2 Budget Status is Open.

3. I did a Budget Transfer from 1 Account to other account in OU 1. JE is created and posted.

    When i go  into Budgets --> Enter --> Amounts and look for Budget Org associated with OU 1, i see the transfer amounts (both in and out in corresponding periods)

4. Now, i did a Budget Transfer from OU1 to OU2 (same Ledger). JE is created and posted.
