How to disable the cache buffer DB 12c?

Hi Experts

I need to do stress tests on the Storage which is hosted database RAC 12.1.0.2, running a query 100 times to check the behavior of LUNs, but without using the buffer cache of the database. How I can disable or avoid using the buffer cache?.

Any idea?
