Unable to start Weblogic admin server

Hi,

I has just done a OAM upgrade referring

  • IDM Administrators
  • Administrators
  • OAMAdministrators

While doing it I have selected all conditions as AND but not OR and saved it. Now I am unable to start my Admin server it says:

User weblogic is not permitted to boot the server; The server policy may have changed in such a way that the user is no longer able to boot the server.Reboot the server with the administrative user account or contact the system admin
