Missing Cost Rates on termed employees

Hi -

When we run the "EXC: Transaction Exception Details by GL Period" report at month end time, we have situations of missing cost rates for termed employees. How can you enter in cost rates for termed employees without having to reverse term the employee?  Any ideas?
