FS1-2 Windows 2012 R2, server does "ping" but doesn´t connect

Hi:

There's a problem with a Windows 2012 R2 Datacaenter, where after installed FSPM 4.0.3 i can see the Oracle FS Path manager service running, the ping does respond to the pilot floating ip, the windows firewall inbound and outbound rules for port 26012 created and even firewall brought down. I tried telnet pilot ip  xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx 26012 and the telnet session in netstat -anbo show "established", however, i can never see "established" when looking for fspmd in netstat, and in the FS Manager i only see the fiber in blue as "connected" but se the server as "unassociated".

Anyone has run into similiar issue ?
