Transact using Miscellaneous Issue for Work Orders instead of One Step Self service

Hi,

I'd like to ask if there is a way to transact work orders using Miscellaneous Issue instead of One step self service specially for we have bulk work orders to do? Or is there a way we can do bulk transaction for work orders using one step self service?
