JDE 9.0 - Payroll Journal batch # missing in P0011 but batch number available in F0618

After payroll process is completed, the batch number updated in table F0618 is not available in P0011. What is the reason for batch number not seen in P0011 ? If batch number is not available , what is the best way to update G/L for missing batch number ?
