Payments Scenario

Hello,

I have one scenario and I would like a help. The company agreed with the bank to transfer payments to some beneficiaries directly within the 1st week of each month. The bank will transfer these payments directly each month without any documents or notification from the company.

Please advice which payment method & PPP will use for this scenario as there is no any payments document printed also there is no any payment numbers for these payments
