OTL Daily Base Earning Policy

Hi,

We have defined OTL Daily Base Earning Policy i.e. Employee has to work 8 hours daily and have Saturday and Sunday as weekend off. In Payroll we have to pay by number of days prior to OTL we were adding number of days worked plus weekend and enter in salary days to pay. We need to inquire now how to include weekend in Salary days to pay and add with number of hours worked (converted in days).
