gross margin is not calculated in the simple inome statemnt or Subtotal AAI

Dear

When printing the Income statement R10211B it does not show the Revenue - COGs to give the Gross margin.

Although in the AAI FS04 is mention the Account Header of the Expense

Revenue Range      400000-499999

COGS                   500000-599999

                                                            Gross Margin Should appear Here ----> it does not print

Expenses              600000-699999

FS04                    600000     "*AFTER(=)

Is there is any thing concerning the Level of Detail (LOD)
