Error: The Form "XYZ" is invalid

Hi,

After migrating the forms in LCM, I found out that few users are able to access the forms in workspace while few are unable to access the same. They are getting an error : The Form "XYZ" is invalid.

I checked the provisioning and found that both the users are having Administrator role but still one of them is having issues while trying to open the form. Its not happening to all the forms but to particular form.

we haven't set any security at dimension or forms level.
