Siebel Composer java error

Hello guys,

The customer is trying to install Siebel Composer in his environment. He upgraded from 8.1.1.11 to IP 15.


At step "Add the virtual directory on the Web server for Siebel CRM Composer. " he is receiving the below error:


C:\Siebel\8.1.1.11.0\eappweb\config>new_virdirs.bat ENU
Oracle Home: C:\Siebel\8.1.1.11.0\eappweb
Operating System: windows server 2008 r2
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: 3
        at com.oracle.siebel.newcomps.NewComps.processCmdArgs(NewComps.java:276)
        at com.oracle.siebel.newcomps.NewComps.main(NewComps.java:72)

He has the following Java installed:

32b JRE:

C:\Users\Administrator>java -version
java version "1.6.0_20"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.6.0_20-b02)
