Hyperion Balance sheet Planning Initialization Error

Hi All,

I have followed all the steps as mentioned in Oracle Financial Services Balance Sheet Planning 8.0- Product Configuration Guide. to create Hyperion Planning application.

But when i initialize i am getting below error.

Failed to enable Human Capital Planning. Unable to load the artifacts: %ARTIFACT_NAME%

Any pointers will be helpful.
