DR test for Failover

Hello Guys,

We have 11.2.0.3 Prod and physical standby with EBIz 12.1.3 Application. We will going to perform the DR test for Failover. In this scenario,

I will completely shut down the Primary database as well as application and then failover the physical standby database for Primary DB and start the DR application services and then ask End user to test the new DR ebiz URL.

I hope, it won't affect the existing PROD after failed over to standby as PROD. Only think, whatever changes happened in new prod (old standby) won't reflect it after DR test. Am i right. Correct me if I am wrong.
