Error Item Not Found when change Debrief status from working to complete

Hello

I am working with service request on Oracle Field Service v12.1.3

When I enter installed base item in debrief material and change debrief status from working to complete, an error "ITEM_NOTFOUND ORGANIZATION ID(INVENTORY_ITEM_ID=3746273) (ORGANIZATION_ID=)" is shown in material error field.

Does anyone know what is happening? Is this normal behavior? Please help.
