Can Asset be retired to department instead of Balancing segment

I have an asset to retire. The asset account is coming  as '100.000.94000.000.000.000.000000.0000' when trying to retire. Here segment2 is balancing segment. I want to retire in segemnt2 as '652' (100.652.94000.000.000.000.000000.0000'). here '652' is department.

Q1. Can I do it using Oracle standard feture

Q2. If not, then how I can achieve.
