Incorrect social security numbers in 1095-C

When printing the 1095-C forms using BI, the social security numbers in part III are being reformatted from whats actually in the F08120 table.  Is the BI template trying to reformat these numbers?  The print 1095-C output is dropping numbers on the PDF depending on how the tax id number was entered by the employee through ESS.
