Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. Acme Packet (MOSC)

Acme 3820 - Lync CX600 / CX3000 beeping on outbound PSTN calls

We recently purchased 5 Acme Net-Net 3820 SBCs & we are having this 3 to 5 beeps on our Polycom CX600 / CX3000 phones.

This does not happen on our other SBCs (different vendor) or our Cisco voice gateways.

The Acme SBCs are on the same subnet as our other SBCs (same fw/acl rules) and pointing to the same Lync servers.

Any help or advice is appreciated.
