Advanced Pricing implementation for Purchasing

Hi everyone...I'm wondering if anyone knows of any more recent documentation regarding the setups for using Advanced Pricing with Purchasing?

I have downloaded the white paper found in this note (Oracle Advanced Pricing White Papers (Doc ID 136687.1)), which is dated 2007.

I also know there is this note out there...but again it demo's using Contracts - Vision Demo - How To Utilize Advanced Pricing in Purchasing (Doc ID 1101067.1)

At the end of the White Paper, it specifically says Blanket Agreements cannot be used, only Contracts...however I happened to come across these two notes and am wondering if that has changed and if so what are the implementation steps? (Since both of these are mentioning GBPAs?)
