HFR - 'AND NOT'

I have two issues

1) I have to update a report by excluding some members in a report- Descendants of CONCO AND System-defined member list Lev0,Cost Centers,  but need exclude these three CC, CC0812, CC0761, CC748, how do I make the changes

my first option was Descendants of CONCO AND System-defined member list Lev0,Cost Centers AND NOT ((((CC812 OR CC0761) OR CC748) How do I do this using the selection box?

2) I also have to change the title of a member, unfortunately it is a 'shared member' what will be the effect if I delete this member are re-create it with a new title but same acct#?
