EBS 12.1.3 and 12c upgrade question

I have a quick question on the EBS 12.1.3 and 12c upgrade. From Note 1524398.1 , it indicates that one of the pre-req patches is 18843706.

It indicates that this patch is only needed if an RPC has been applied . Does this mean only the RPC1, RPC2, RPC3 or RPC4 .. or does this also include any of the modules RPCs, ex PO RPC, AP PRC etc..

If this includes the module RPCs, how do we know if one of these RPCs has been applied , is there a script somewhere that list all the RPCs installed ?

This patch seems related to the Oracle Spares Management module . but I do not see any arms in applying it anyways regardless if any RPCs were applied or not , but can you confirm this.
