Not able to change the text of the Clause after adding to specific Purchasing Document

As part of Contract Terms authoring, I have just applied the approved template to one of the Contract Purchase Agreement. Then, as per requirement User has added one Library approved Clause (Not Non-Standard Clause), which is applicable only for this particular Contract.

But, user want to change the text of the Clause, but it is non-editable. attached document.
