OTL Timecard is not getting processed by PRC Transaction Import

in OTL self Service , user has entered time card against active project and task and submitted the time card. The time card is in approved status.

Ran the PRC Transaction Import with source as 'Oracle Time and Labor", however the Transaction import process is not picking up any time card line to transfer into Oracle Projects.

Can you please help. There is no error , only blank output with " No data Available" remark.
