January 2016 Critical Patch Update - can we apply everything in a single ADOP cycle?

We are currently on EBS 12.2.4, AD / TXK C.6

As part of applying January 2016 CPU patches, we have to upgrade to AD/TXK C.7 which in-turn needs a number of ETCC patches and FMW, Weblogic point upgrades as well. It boils down the the following

1. Upgrade FMW from 11.1.16 to 11.1.17 (Doc ID 2002603.1)
2. AD/TXK 7 Upgrade
   1. Apply recommended patches from ETCC - includes forms, weblogic patching (Doc ID 1594274.1)
   2. Apply AD/TXK 7 and otehr critical AD/TXK 7 patches (Doc ID 1617461.1)
3. Apply Jan 2016 CPU patches (Doc ID 2072202.1)
   1. Tech stack patches (FMW, Forms, WL etc.)
      
   2. Application Patches

My question is: Can all of the above be applied in a single ADOP cycle? Right now,  am considering one ADOP cycle each for steps 1, 2 & 3
